Xifias souvlaki

Ingrediënts: 500 grams swordfish. 4 small onions. 2 lemons. 8 small tomatoes. Thyme, Oil, salt and pepper. Some bay leaves. 6-8 persons/servings
Recipe: Slice the tomatoes, lemons and onions. The onions must be sliced thickly. Wash the fish and remove the skin. Cut the fish in cubes and place them in a bowl. Add oil, onions, lemons and bay leaves and place the bowl in a cool place. After one hour pass the cubes of fish tomatoes, lemons and onions on skewers. Grill or bbq for about 10 min's. For a sauce you can mix some olive oil with salt, pepper and a little thyme.
