Ingrediënts: 5 cups chicken broth.1/2 cup rice. 5 eggs yolks. 1/4 cup lemon juice. Salt, pepper.
Bring broth to boil, add rice and stir. Let cook until until rice is done. Remove from heat. Beat egg-yolks, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add a little broth to the mixture beating continiusly. Put this mixture in the soup, stirr well and serve.go back to list
