The Blauwbrug built in 1884 by design of W.H. Springer. The bridge has three passages shaped as a shipsbow, the light carriers are shaped likewise. The top of the lights have emperors crowns. The bridge was totally restored in 1999. An official Status of monumentprotects the bridge of making any changes in the future.
