Mashed potatoes and cabbage

Ingrediënts: 1 cabbage. 2 small spoons cumin. 750g crumbly potatoes. 4 thick pieces of spicey sausage (cervelaat). 1 cube of beef-tea. Salt and pepper
Recipe: Cut the cabbage into small bars. Add 1 small spoon of salt and the cumin. Let the cabbage stay for half hour. Just mix it every five minutes or so. Cut the sausage into small cubes or bars. Boil the potatoes in water after adding the cube of beef-tea. Do not add extra salt. After boiling the potatoes and removing the water, keep the remaining water. Crush the potatoes into a mash (puree) use a hand-tool for better result. Add the cabbage and sausage parts and mix it. Add pepper according your taste.
