Ingrediënts: 125 grams wheat meal, 2 eggs, 1/3 litre milk, 30 grams melted butter, baking oil or butter for 6-8 pancakes
Recipe: Sieve the meal in a bowl. Create a small pit in the meal and add the eggs. Apply one-tablespoon sugar for sweet pancakes. Mix the eggs and meal; add the salt and five tablespoons of milk. During mixing add slowly the melted butter and the remainder of the milk. When ready cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and wait for about a half-hour. Heat the baking pan and apply butter or baking oil (preferably vegetable oil). Use a large ladle to distribute the mix in a thin layer in the cooking pan. Bake the pancakes both sides until well done with medium temperature.
