Dolmas with egg-lemon

Ingrediënts: 250 g vine leaves. 600 g ground meat. 1/2 cup rice. 1 chopped onion. Parsley, dill. 1/2 cup butter. 2 cups meat consomm?. 2 tablespoons corn flour. 2 eggs lightly beaten. 1 lemon juice.
Recipe: Wash the vine leaves. Mix rice, ground meat, onion, one-tablespoon salt, pepper, chopped dill and parsley. Put a tablespoon of filling at the edge of each vine leaf and roll it into a dolma, without making it to tight. Place the dolmas in a pot. Cover them with a dish and pour in two cups of hot water and butter. Cover the pot and let them simmer for about 1.5 hour.
