Ingrediënts: 250 gr Parmesanany, Gruyere, Greek Cypriot haloumi, kefalotyri or any hard cheese. 50 gr. butter. 1/2 lemon. Pepper.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a bowl. Cut the cheese into thick slices approx. 1cm. Heat the butter in a frying pan and put the slices in. Turn the heat down and cook for about 1-2 minutes until it bubbles. Use a small frying pan for frying. The cheese should not turn brownish but creamy. When serving sprinkle the fresh lemon juice and some pepper on top. Serve with fresh bread.go back to list
