Ingrediënts: 1 octopus. 1/2 cup vinegar. Olive oil. Lemon juice. Oregano.
Recipe: Clean and wash octopus. Put it in a pan, add vinegar and enough water to cover it. Boil until tender drain an cut octopus in pieces. Serve with olive oil, lemon juice and oregano. To grill, procede as above and once you cut the octopus in pieces, coat each piece with olive oil and grill. Serve as above in moderate oven, for about 2 hours.
