Ingrediënts: 1kg spinach. 500g-fillo dough. 300g fresh onions. 1.5 cup olive oil. Salt, pepper, nutmeg. Dill.
Wash the spinach, removing roots and stems. Cut it into pieces, add salt and rub the spinach into a lump. Drain the spinach well. Cut the onions finely and mix them with the spinach adding to the mix the nutmeg, the Pepper and half the oil. Coat the pan with a thin layer of oil. Add three quarter the sheets of fill dough coated with oil. Spread the spinach mix over the fill dough. Cover with the remaining fill sheets and coat them in oil. Bake in medium heat for 50-60 min.go back to list
