Ingrediënts: 1,5 kg chicken. 1 kg onions. 1 -2 cloves. 1 tablespoon semolina. 5-6 eggs.Butter. 1/2 cup grated parmesan. Salt and pepper. Peppercorns.
Recipe: Boil chicken along with the oinions sliced, pepper corns, cloves. As soon as chicken is done, remove skin and bones, and shred meat. Drain onions, cheese, semolina and one table spoon butter. Beat eggs and add to the mixture. Grease a baking pan. Place half of the rolled dough, brush with butter. Fill with mixture and cover with the remaining dough. Brush with butter, and bake in a warm oven.
