Ingrediënts: 1 kg string beans. 2 onions medium size, sliced. 1 clove garlic, chopped. 1 teaspoon parsley chopped. 1 cup olive oil. 1-2 cups water. 2 peeled chopped tomatoes. Salt.
Top and tail beans, cut away stringly edged. Wash in cold water, and put in an pan. Add all other ingredients, and water which must cover the beans. Cook until tender, if water is evaporated before beans are cooked, add some more, as the dish must be juicy. Menu for 6-8 servings.go back to list
